Mpumelelo Mseleku (born 3 March 2001) is a South African reality TV personality, professional footballer, and aspiring polygamist. He is widely known as the first-born son and heir of businessman Musa Mseleku. He gained fame through family reality shows such as Uthando Nes’thembu and its spin-off, Izingane zeS’thembu.

Background and Personal Life

Mpumelelo was born on 3 March 2001 in Port Shepstone. He is the son of Musa Mseleku and his second wife, Nokukhanya “MaYeni” Mseleku.
From a young age, Mpumelelo grew up in a polygamous household. As a result, he has openly embraced the same lifestyle and stated that he hopes to marry multiple wives in the future. He has even expressed a desire to have more wives than his father, possibly aiming for seven. [1]

Mpumelelo’s relationships often attract public attention because of his reality television career.
One of his partners is Amahle Biyela, also known as Amahle Casela. Reports state that she became his “first wife” after he paid lobola for her. In early 2026, the couple welcomed their first child together.
He also shares two children with longtime partner Vuyokazi Nciweni.
In addition, Mpumelelo has a child with Tirelo Kale. However, their relationship has reportedly faced difficulties after her parents allegedly rejected his lobola proposal. [2]

Mpumelelo became a central cast member on Izingane zeS’thembu, a show that follows the lives of the Mseleku children.
Apart from reality TV, he also works as a DJ and music producer. Recently, he returned to the house music scene with a single titled Idlozi. [6]
